Beer, Books and Boos

  This book had me hooked from page one and I couldn't stop, but I had to cause you know sleep lol. I have never really enjoyed Amish books but this one change my mind. I might have to try more and I will definitely be reading more from Linda Castillo, plus the rest of this series. As this being the 13th book in the series, I wasn't confused and still understood what was going on. To me it read more like a standalone and could read without reading the rest. I want to think Linda Castillo and Minotaur Books for letting read and review this book. I want also think Tandem Collective Global for hosting a readalong over on Instgram, I had so much fun.

Then I read the synopsis and it hooked me even more. Once I started reading I could hardly put it down but I do have to say that the main character Thea Hope was a little too arrogant for me. She did grow on me through out the book along with the others. I was fine with the pacing for the book and it kept me entertained, and it was easy to keep up with what was going on. Towards the end it started to feel a little rushed but it didn't take away much from the story.
